Dear Pascal,
Many thanks for all of your work with Jo. After a day with you and your team, she is calm and at peace with the family. As well, I am very grateful for your willingness to keep her when we need to be away for extended periods of time. We wouldn't be able to have a dog if we didn't have your service!
